Custom business software development
Anubi develops business software and internal tools to organise requests, quotes and jobs. We start with your team’s work and the software you already use.

Quotes in one file, updates by email, jobs in another program: finding information becomes another task. Anubi develops custom business software to bring together the steps that slow your team down.
We start with how you work
Walk us through an activity from start to finish: who receives the request, who approves it and who takes it forward. We look at the programs and files you already use, along with the most common problems.
From there, we choose what to connect and what to build. The software needs to follow your working rules and make handovers between people easier.
From quotes to jobs in one place
An accepted quote can become a job with an owner, deadline and progress status. When someone changes a date or terms, the team needs to see the update and know which version to use.
We first design this process in a prototype, a trial version of the screens. We review it with the people who’ll use the software so we can adjust fields and steps before building every feature.
The data you already have
We prepare data transfers from your records and connections to your other software. We check for duplicates and missing information before importing historical data.
We define who can view or change data and how to export it. Backups, access and support are part of the project from the start.
Your team tries it during development
We start with the most-used functions and let the people who’ll work with them try them out. Their feedback helps us fix unclear screens and steps.
We then add the other planned features, keeping the program easy to understand for someone opening it for the first time.
Build your business software with Anubi
Tell us where you lose time and which tools you use. A description of the work is enough for our first conversation; we can then look at sample files without confidential data.
We’ll propose features, connections, data transfers and costs. We’ll also agree on training, maintenance and the handover of code and account access.
