Website redesign and development for R3 Living, with a fluid UX, self-managed property CMS and 3D animations for real estate, concierge and renovations.
Real estate website and property CMS
For R3 Living, we redesigned and developed a new website that reflects the quality and care behind its services. The experience combines fluid navigation with a self-managed CMS, enabling the team to update available properties in real time and communicate more effectively with clients.

3D animation for the hero
We created a bespoke 3D animation for the website’s hero section. Set in a contemporary living room, the sequence moves towards a coffee table where the R3 Living name takes shape through visual references to its real estate, concierge and renovation services.
Logo animation for social content
We also developed a logo animation that combines the signature colours of R3 Living’s three core services: Real Estate, Concierge and Renovations. Designed as an intro and outro for social videos, it reinforces the brand identity and makes the content immediately recognisable.
